Excellent Dinner ... It was tasty. We had the Vietnamese pancake to start which was amazing. A little different from other ones we have tried around Vietnam. It was incredible. We had Bun cha which was incredible. Because this restaurant is also a cooking school you know the food is going to be good. It did not disappoint us....
Oh my god, We have had the best day ever. We are a group of girlfriends who experienced Leo and his wonderful team including beautiful Candy the restaurant captain. learning knife skills, creating Vietnamese traditional dishes like pho, green mango salad and wonderful pork dishes. We made swans from tomatoes and flowers from spring onions.
This was after spending an hour exploring the fresh food markets, buying all the fresh ingredients for our dishes and experiencing traditional cuisine. We cannot recommend this experience more highly. And very affordable for the hours of fun, learning and beautiful dishes we eat at the end of the day.
Nous avons passé un excellent moment avec le chef Pickles. Avant le cours nous sommes allés au marché en Pousse-pousse et avons acheté les produits nécessaires aux 3 recettes que nous avions à concocter. Les explications sont très bien mais il faut parler l’anglais.
